Planner / Scheduler at the Solana Solar Plant (280 MW) – Arizona (Mar 2012 – Sep 2013)

·   Developed the Commissioning/Startup schedule program, to plan work and integrate project scope with the involvement of the Commissioning team.

·   Prepared baseline schedule to meet contract requirements.

·   Created tracking and monitoring forms

·   Maintained and analyzed project commodity curves in order to identify the strengths and weaknesses of work processes, and in turn provide new solutions to problems

·   Prepared and issued weekly and monthly reports to project stake holders.

Management and Monitoring of Incident Investigation Reports [Root Cause Analysis (RCA)] Responsibly. (Oct 2004 – Feb 2005)

Evaluated the incident and/or failure, coordinated and monitored the incident or failure investigation teams, revised reports, monitored and checked the recommendations in these reports and updated the Plant Reliability Program.

 

Plant Rehabilitation Project and Itabo Expansion.

The project consisted of rehabilitating 2 Carbon Plants (128 MW and 132 MW) back to their original settings. Rehabilitation process included: repair of the boiler, checking and implementing distributed control system, steam turbine, electrical generator, carbon handling system, water circulation system, electrical equipment, etc.
